At
Charlotte Mold Remediation our main goal is to provide a cost effective, successful solution to your mold remediation needs. Accomplishing this goal takes a great deal of time, energy and ultimately cost.
In
order for Anabec to provide their warranty to you (our valued customer) we need to perform a mold inspection including taking
several samples for evaluation by a third party laboratory both before and after the remediation project. If our post remediation inspection does not produce clearance, Anabec will not issue their warranty and
we will have to regroup and continue the remediation process.
Because
of the time and energy consumed in visiting sites, developing a plan of attack, calculating costs, and writing quotes, Charlotte
Mold Remediation charges a fee for quotes. This fee will be deducted from the
cost of the remediation project should you decide to go ahead with our quote.
You
have several choices when it comes to mold remediation, and the prices, scope of work, and quality vary widely. As a Licensed General Contractor, I have to live up to a set of standards and expectations that most of
my competitors do not have to deal with. If you have never looked into mold remediation
before you need to understand that the costs of properly remediating mold is extremely high.
Labor costs are high because of the health risks involved. Using only
EPA registered, environmentally friendly, patented products increase our costs. Air
Scrubbers, HEPA Vacuums, and other necessary equipment increases our costs.
If price is your main concern when you shop for a mold remediation contractor we will
not be the cheapest, nor will we be the most expensive remediation contractor. We
appreciate the opportunity to possibly be of service to you.
